baby shoes

a lot of my friends are giving birth lately... i'm trying to crochet some little shoes for them... this is my first one... but it seems a bit small... i don't think her/his baby can fit into it... i think i have to re-do again...

my iphone pouch

~ this is the new home for my iphone when she is inside my handbag...

~ she is well protected between some puffy cotton...

~ soft mint green inner layer...

~ wrapped around with mint green trimmed linen from linnet...

~ finished with some matching crochet lace with linnet yarns...

another set of doily made... this is for carrie and he-man... thanks for their love and care...i know carrie likes red and he-man likes sky blue... so these 2 are tailor- made for them... hope they love it like i do..

this little pouch is for my maymay yee's mobile phone. she immediately ordered this from me when she saw this in my pattern book. i also made that little button with the tools i ordered from linnet. i very like the combination of this color tone...

i almost finished all the yarns i ordered last round, today... my 2nd order from linnet arrived just on time!!! their packaging is always so simple but lovely... and i think simple is the best...

(the round small pieces is my very very first doily and therefore... it contains a lot of mistakes... the square piece is my first self-created doily...)

(since mui can't make up her mind which piece to pick from my "100 doily pattern book"... so i made both for you...)

see how many doily i made during my sick leave in bed? i lost count myself... i am not going to keep them with me cos i will be sending them out to my friends and relatives... i love to share... hope they will enjoy my work when they receive them...

my little girl

i made this little girl doll sometimes ago. she got a few problems... eg. head is always down...hands and legs are too stiff... but i like her very much. honchi likes to place her on my pillow when i'm not in bed.

the little brooch is for my cousin gorrie (actually she ordered me to make her this brooch when she came visit me lately...)

leftover II...

what can i do with these remaining yarns from my finished pieces? this tin is now used for my left over yarn-ends and trash...

i don't want to waste the remaining yarns after making the pouches and doily... therefore, all the remaining yarns will be made into ribbons... i am sure i will be able to use these ribbons soon...

doily day

today is my doily day, i just focused on making doily the whole day. before i start with a new pattern... i pulled out all my yarns, checking out my stock... cos i want to place some new order on linen yarns... hmmm... i think i need to order some pink linen yarns...

sea wool world

tonight, before dinner with my god-sister gj we had a walk inside taikoo plaza and saw this really cute exhibition "marine sea wool world knitting arts show". they are all very cute, i wish i can crochet or knit little dolls very soon...

first few doily

i love to crochet lately! and this is my 1st doily. since this is the 1st one, it is not a good one. i don't know why it grew bigger and bigger and ended up not a perfect circle... but practice makes perfect! see my better ones below...

after some lessons from the yarn shop "cheer wool" and my friend motu. i'm getting better now... just can't wait to make more!!
